The employee in question, a trainee engineer in the regional directorate of the Saharan provinces, was dismissed by the administration, which did not take into consideration the positive evaluations given to him by his direct supervisors, according to the federation.
In a statement issued on 23 November, the federation said that the dismissal was arbitrary and called on the administration to respect the law by reinstating the employee in his position, reiterating its support for him.
