A company statement issued on April 26th stated that the salary increase amounted to 12% for manual workers and 10% for professional workers and cadres.
As for incentives, the company granted 7 salaries to manual workers, 6 salaries to skilled workers, and 5 salaries to cadres.
SNIM also approved an increase in the danger bonus by 200%, in addition to increases in the housing bonus, the Zouérat bonus, and men and children bonuses.
