Last week, a training program managed by the General Syndicate of Workers in the Private Sector, entitled “Legal and Career Awareness” was launched for teachers in private schools.
The program consists in organizing training workshops to educate male and female teachers about their rights and duties.
The coordinator of the training program in the trade union explained that in the current circumstances of terminating teachers’ contracts and their renewal, there is no clarity on their legal status and rights.
The call for application is placed at the disposal of teachers on the official page of The General Federation of Jordanian Trade Unions (GFJTU) on Facebook.
