The General Trade Union of Workers in the Food Industries and the Arab Food Industries Co Noon signed a collective agreement on the payment of additional stipends and incentives to workers.
According to this agreement, a cost-of-living allowance of 15 dinars was approved, and an annual increase of 5% was paid to all workers. The night-time allowance of 15 dinars will, also, be disbursed. This collective agreement, also, approves the payment of additional stipends to workers according to the number of years of service.
This agreement includes 120 workers in the company. It will be under effect from 01/01/2021 to 02/28/2022.
