In a statement, The National Federation of workers and employees trade unions in Lebanon (FENASOL) called on all the forces to escalate during the October 17 protest. FENASOL denounced the indifference of the political authority in the country from the people’s conditions.
The FENASOL denounced the racism against Syrian and foreign workers in Lebanon, calling on the security authorities and the judiciary to prosecute those involved in the discriminatory acts against Syrian and foreign workers.
The statement addressed the resistant Palestinian people and all the resistance factions in Palestine, calling on them to unite for victory.
