Garbage started to pile up in Al Diwaniyah as the strike of cleaning workers continues since April 27th. Cleaning workers closed the municipal districts of the city.
A media source mentioned that the workers demand implying the Decree 315 to enable those who have been working more than a year to change their status from daily-wage workers to contractual workers.
