More than 400 workers in Jobelsa Company started a sit-in in Tangiers, denying the company’s claim of bankruptcy.
The protesters gathered in front of the company’s building to urge its administration and the local authorities to fix their problem.
The workers need a clarification of whether they were dismissed or not in order to obtain their rights including official expulsion documents and financial compensation as well as their rights from the Social Security Fund.
The protesters question the company’s claim of bankruptcy, mentioning that it made profits in 2020.
