A source from the Syndicate of Secondary Education in Tozeur announced the success of the teachers’ strike in the city on February 12th to support the demands of education graduates who have not received their salaries in 17 months.
The source declared in a press statement that this protest will be immediately taken further by organizing a sit-in at the headquarters of the regional commission for education in Tozeur. He, also, stressed the need to watch the health protocol and provide safety and prevention measures against COVID-19 for both teachers and students.
