Libya: Future foreigners’ recruitment to fill labour market gaps

The Director of the Department of Employment at the Ministry of Labour of the Government of National Unity discussed with the Director of the Technical Cooperation Office and the Labour Attaché at the Philippine Embassy in Libya the conditions of Filipino workers in the Libyan work.

These discussions aim to regulate the situation of the Filipino workforce in order to facilitate its recruitment and fill the gaps in the Libyan labour market.

The meeting that took place at the headquarters of the Ministry of Labour addressed a number of issues that hinder the recruitment of Filipino workers.
