The Building and Carpentry Union organized a workshop in Ramallah and al-Bireh, which closed the programme of educational meetings aimed at improving the professional skills of Union members. This programme was set up in collaboration with the Belgian project within the Palestinian General Federation of Trade Unions.
This workshop was organised following a series of training courses in the fields of labour law, trade union organisation and collective bargaining, which aim to strengthen the capacities of trade unionists on the ground. The president of the Trade Union Khaled Zuhour, presented the draft plan of activities and events in the governorate, which will be implemented as part of the Belgian project in the coming months.
