The Democratic Confederation of Labor ended the social tension that affected the Swiss Sport Foundation for ground services in airports after signing a protocol of agreement with the company’s management.
The Central Hall of the Confederation of Labor headquarters hosted, yesterday, the protocol signing ceremony, in the presence of members of the National Executive Office and the general manager of the Swiss Sport company.
The two parties called for adopting permanent dialogue as a means to bridge the rift and build transparent relationships that create a healthy social climate within the institution and contribute to improving its services.
The agreement stipulated that the company will pay 50 % of wages to all workers during the month of April, May and June, and disbursed the production grant for the year 2019 during the end of June 2020.
