In light of the decision to reduce public quarantine measures, a spokesman for the Kuwaiti government announced during a press conference a number of government decisions related to quarantine, housing of workers infected with the COVID-19 and other decisions related to relieving pressure on public hospitals.
The decision stipulated that all companies have to provide private housing for workers infected with the virus and to provide these housing facilities with all the necessary needs in addition to the application of the preventive measures announced by the Ministry of Health which remains the most important decision in light of the complexities of its application and the absence of control procedures on the extent of commitment of the companies concerned with the terms of the decision and the extent to which this decision can be applied to small and medium sized companies.
