The General Federation of Workers of the Sultanate of Oman monitored continued violations of the rights of Bahraini and foreign workers in the private sector, according to what was mentioned in his Twitter account.
The General Federation of Workers of the Sultanate of Oman said that the number of violations observed is increasing continuously and includes a number of humanitarian aspects of the workers side.
The Union stressed the need for the private sector institutions to make more efforts to protect the national and foreign manpower and commitment to pay their wages and to ensure the availability of the necessary health standards in their workplace and residence and the need to make them aware of the precautionary measures issued by the competent authorities.
