The Ministry of Justice announced that it has assigned one mobile notary to serve beneficiaries of labor courts in particular.
This type of mobile notary provides notarial services to group labor disputes in a work place. The initiative is part of the ministry’s effort to develop judicial services and make those services accessible to clients at any time and place.
This initiative is part of the mobile notary initiative by the ministry in order to enhance the judiciary system and achieve the objectives of the national transformation program in line with Vision 2030.
The ministry explained that mobile notary assigned for labor court is a service provided to workers in dispute. This service reaches the doorsteps of workers, inside the workplace or the reconciliation offices under the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs.
