The Jordanian Labor Observatory has indicated on its official website that dozens of unemployed workers in the Al-Tafayleh district are continuing its sit-in around the Royal Cabinet.
Dozens of local residents began an open sit-in on November 19 to call for jobs. Protesters organized a series of night rallies and observed several hunger strikes.
The unemployed also said they intended to continue their protests, which will escalate significantly if their demands are not met.
