The Ministerial Council decided, during its meeting last Wednesday, to exempt civil servants called on to pay the costs of combining two salaries or working outside official hours at the rate of 90% of the sum required.
To benefit from this exemption, civil servants must pay the remaining 10% to the directorate of public funds of the Ministry of Finance and other ministries and public enterprises until 12/31/2020.
The Ministerial Council said that the officials concerned must obtain the approval of the party concerned in order to be able to continue working outside official hours or to combine two salaries.
