Morocco: The National Union of Justice questions the credibility of professional skills exams

The National Union of Justice has condemned the practices of the Department of Justice's human resources directorate, which has changed its departments into interrogation centers to psychologically torture employees who are summoned to hearings. In a statement, the National Office of the Union denounced the nine-day levy of the fiscal year by the central government, which also excluded officials from the 2019 professional skills test. The national office reiterated its request regarding the creation of a center in the region of Beni Mellal, Guelmim and Dakhla so that officials from isolated areas could pass the examination in question.

The union also revealed that the review of professional skills has exceeded several times, which dangerously affects its credibility and in this context called on the Minister of Justice to open an investigation and take legal measures against those involved.
