Workers in the wholesale market of Sousse governorate observed a labor strike on Monday and Tuesday following an appeal by their union base.
In this context, local radio 'Jawhara FM' explained that the strike was decided after the wage levy was increased from 5 to 6%. The workers' strike on the wholesale market in Sousse was accompanied by a similar movement in the governorates of Kairouan and Gabes.
