The administration of 'Tasiast' has signed an agreement with the workers' representatives concerning a new collective agreement which will come into force in the coming days and will apply until December 31st, 2022 as agreed with the union party.
The social parties within society felt that this agreement is fair and equitable and that it helps to create a stable business environment. For its part, the company's administration has stated its intention to continue working with workers' representatives to maintain good working relations and to ensure social peace for a better future for society and workers.
