Minister of Labor Nasri Abu Jaish announced the launch of an inspection and awareness campaign on the kindergarten, sewing, secretarial and service sectors to enforce the minimum wage rule at 1450 shekels in Ramallah.
Local media have reported that the Palestinian Ministry of Labor has transferred 20 cases to court for nurseries that do not meet the minimum wage, while another 235 companies have been alerted in the past five months on the same issue.
