Workers at Arab Towers Contracting Co reported that they spend months without receiving their salaries and that the administration is not meeting payment deadlines. The workers explained that since the company has several sites, some can be paid while the rest continue to be deprived of remuneration.
According to the website of the Trade Union Observatory of Jordanian Workers, the workers have still not lodged a complaint with the Ministry of Labor for fear of being sanctioned by the administration, which has led them to suffer this situation, preferring them to be unemployed.
