Algeria – M'sila: Due to divisions, the workers and employees of Sidi Mohamed without wages

The workers and employees of the municipality of Sidi Mohamed in M'sila area are suffering because of the divisions between members of the municipal People's Assembly and due to non-circulation , which deprived dozens of municipal employees of their wages for the second consecutive month, in addition to the performance grant during the quarter, and thus hindering the development projects, despite that the governorate had allocated the necessary funds for wages.

 

According to the Algerian newspaper Al-Shurouk, this situation that entered the third month successively after 8 of 13 members refused since the beginning of June to continue working with the council's president, as they decided to suspend and freeze their activities because of what they described as one man and unilateral without consulting them in all matters relevant to the work, concerning the municipality and citizens, in addition to their dismissal while decisions are being taken. However the municipality president denied that.
