The management of the central electric power generation company wrote to the workers and asked them not to come to the workplace, a matter which the trade union from its part considered as a prelude to their dismissal.
The trade union side considered that this measure contradicts the government's decision regarding offering incentives to those who want to resign, and it is a measure that deeply touches the principle of functional and social stability.
In a letter to the company's management, the trade union reminded of the governmental instructions issued to the company's management and the union not to involve the workers in any negotiations between the company and the government about investment and the company's future.
The union called on the Minister of Labor and the company's CEO to stop all the measures the company may take in the coming days and to cancel the orders issued by the company to prevent the workers from coming to work.
