On Thursday, dozens of workers at 'Wast Al Hararia' station held a protest rally to call on the Ministry of Electricity and Finance to release their unpaid salaries for three months.
Trade union sources claimed that following the rally, a negotiating meeting was held between the administrative and trade union party which resulted in an agreement that wages will be paid at the end of the Eid holidays.
