The Jordanian Labour Observatory revealed on its official website that three companies in the Al Muqabalayn area in Amman closed without informing its employees on Wednesday.
The workers in the Golden Brothers, Golden Towers and Golden Mills companies confirmed that they were surprised by the closure of the abovementioned companies, pointing out that they filed a complaint to the Labour Directorate in the Abdali area.
The Amman Execution Department notified the Golden Mills Company last week about a judicial verdict that stipulates a debt of 9.2 million JOD to the Jordanian Islamic Bank. Moreover, the Execution Department gave the company a deadline to pay the debt, within 15 days of the announcement date.
