A huge fire broke in Comamussy wood factory, two days ago. A major part of the factory burnt which costed millions in losses.
According to local media, the causes of fire are still unknown; yet, the late arrival of the civil protection and the lack of means of intervention led to great damages.
Fortunately, there were no victims despite the fire breaking during worktime; damages could have been bigger because of the presence of stocks of gas and the presence of forests nearby.
The factory has more than 50 workers and more than 200 seasonal workers.
