The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation allowed the employers to fully recover the fees from private employment agencies for bringing a worker during the six first months under four conditions, most important of them are:
The worker illegitimately breaks the contract (by being involved in some offence or crime);
The worker leaves work without an acceptable reason.
The Ministry insists that anyone who brings someone specifically and sponsor them cannot benefit from the refund.
The Ministry issued on Tuesday a note in which it explained that as an enforcement to the cabinet’s decision number 22 of 2019, the ministry made the private employment agencies commit to two years guarantee period to protect the employer and allow him to recover all the fees or part of them.
The only case in which the employer cannot benefit from any refund is when he has asked specifically for one worker, making the employment agencies only execute his request.
