Under the supervision of Secretary General, Tunisian General Labour Union (UGTT), Noureddine Taboubi, and Palestine ambassador, Mr. Hael Al-Fahoum, press conference was organized on June 24th, under the slogan "Palestine is not for sale" tackling Bahrain workshop, in the headquarter of UGTT.
Tunisian Secretary General affirmed that the UGTT will remain against the normalization policy in Tunisia and against all such stances that can normalize the relations with Zionists, referring that any trip to the Occupied Palestine territories through a Tunisian travelling agency is an example for normalization process against which the UGTT and bodies of civil and political society will stand. UGTT will stand as well against any normalization process used by politics for electoral interest.
Secretary General announced that the UGTT will be on the frontline to organize a mass rally denouncing the Deal of Century, on July 8th.
