The Jordanian Labour Observatory revealed that Jordan's Forum for Strategies issued a report entitled "Jordan on the Global Competitiveness Index 2018: Opportunities and Challenges", which revealed that the kingdom ranked 91st in the world and fourth in terms of the efficiency of the labour market.
It revealed also it ranked 133rd regarding the number of women in the labour market and ranked 51st in the world in terms of workers' wages and productivity. Moreover, it ranked 52nd globally in terms of labour rights.
It is noteworthy that the Global Competitiveness Report is an annual report, which has been issued by the World Economic Forum since 2004, which ranks countries according to the global competitiveness index.
