On the morning of the 2nd of June, part of the ceiling of a tunnel under construction in Tabuk collapsed, during the casting process. A number of workers were injured. Ten of them were stuck under the rubble and were saved by the civil defence.
The media spokesman for the civil defence in the area of Tabuk affirmed that at ten o'clock in the morning, they received a report that there was a partial collapse of a tunnel ceiling in Tabuk.
In fact, A part of a tunnel ceiling that was under construction fell, during the casting process, which led to the fall and injury of a number of workers, who were located above the collapsed part.
The injured workers were transferred to the hospital by the Red Crescent. A number of cases were also transferred before the arrival of the civil defence teams, where all the necessary procedures were taken, so that no one was left under the rubble.
