The five educational unions including the Independent Federation for Education (UGTM), the National Union of Education (CDT), the National Syndicate of Education (FDT), the National Federation of Education (UMT) and the National Federation of Education (FNE), called on their regional subsidiaries to organize strikes, in front of the regional directorates of the sector and the regional academies of education and training.
The unions decided also to carry out the black badge throughout the month of Ramadan and during examinations, as well as to organize joint regional communication seminars, following the confrontation of the victims of the unnational, unpopular, non-democratic and unsocial policies in the battle of dignity, for the defence of the public education.

The five unions condemned also the illegal cuts in the strikers’ wages, and asked the ministry to recover all the deducted sums.
