The “ gathering” stressed in a statement that this step is based on the Declaration of Freedom and Change forces’ vision, which announced three levels of the transitional civil authority, in accordance with the interim constitution, which was drafted by the Declaration of Freedom and Change forces, which are a civil presidential council, a small civilian cabinet of national competencies with professional experience, and integrity , which carry out the executive functions and implement the transitional program for the transitional period; in addition to a transitional civilian legislative council with transitional legislative functions, in which women represent at least 40 per cent, where it includes all the revolutionary forces of youth and women, taking into account the ethnic, religious and cultural diversity in Sudan.
