Dozens of young people from the Irbid and Mafraq governorates continue to strike, in front of the Royal Court for the eighth day in a row to ask for better living conditions and jobs, under intense security surveillance.
The Jordanian Labour Observatory revealed that the protesters confirmed that they would continue their strike until their demands for jobs are met and that “they will not fall again into the trap of promises which were violated by the officials."
