On Friday morning, a solidarity vigil in Al-Mutanabbi Street in Baghdad took place to stand with the workers in the Abu Ghraib dairy factories, which are subjected to an unjustified privatization process, as the company has not crises and renewed its production lines. The company has been merged into the Ministry of Industry and Minerals as a result of misguided policies.
The participants in this vigil stressed their rejection of the investment process and the privatization of the Ministry of Industry and Minerals’ companies, as they will lay off the workers and violate their rights and threaten the national economy interest.
