Last week, a memorandum was presented on the activation of the minimum wage decision to the Council of Ministers by the Secretary General, Shaher Saad, the official of the department, Aisha Hamoudha, and a delegation from the Women's Department in the Palestine General Federation of Trade Unions, with the presence of the Secretary General of the Council of Ministers, Salah Alayan, and the Minister of Women.
The Women and Gender Department of the Palestine General Federation of Trade Unions called for a protest in front of the Council of Ministers in the city of Ramallah, last Tuesday, to ask for the implementation of the minimum wage system and stop the violations of women at the workplace.
