The Workers and employees of the Lahj Water Company expressed their discontent and anger at the deduction of amounts of their salaries for December 2018.
The workers confirmed in statements to local media that the discounts are illegal, and amounts of money, which were deducted for each employee for a previous financial advance were very discrepant.
The workers explained that large sums of money were deducted from previous advances for the years 2007-2018 without being notified by administrative orders, which they considered as random and illegal.
