Algeria: SNAPAP launches a campaign to raise wages and abolish the income tax for both workers and retirees

The National Syndicate of Public Administration Users (SNAPAP) announced the launch of a millionaire campaign to ask the government to raise the wages of workers and abolish the income tax and retirees’ tax, in light of the deterioration of the purchasing power of citizens.

It is expected that the National Union will prepare a survey of opinions on the purchasing power, in addition to the drafting a letter to the decision makers with the collection of one million signatures in order to raise wages, in order to fit with the purchasing power and the revision of the income tax and its abolition on pensioners as well.
