The civil service and insurance workers in Aden have been on strike since Wednesday (November 14th) to protest against the non-meeting of their pending professional and social demands.
The workers’ demands focused mainly on the adoption of financial settlements and annual bonuses, as well as, the payment of the retired contracted workers.
The trade union had filed a case to the court, which ruled in favor of workers but everyone was surprised that the ruling has not been implemented by the central bank.
