The workers of "Abu Al-Tifl” oil field, in eastern Libya, asked the president of the National Oil Corporation, "Mustafa Sanallah “, to set a date to meet with them to discuss about a number of professional and social files that were formerly raised, during a meeting of a number of sub-unions, trade unions and governing committees.
According to the official page of the field, the participants agreed on rejecting the requirements of the training plan for 2018, which they described as unfair and unjust because of its reduction of the departments ‘opportunities after several years of suspension, which increased the congestion of employees, as well as, their demand for salary increases and health insurance.
