The workers of the construction company SOMACOB in the province of “Béjaïa” organized a protest on 1 September, expressing their anger at the administration’s deliberate delay of wages.
The protesters raised slogans calling for the end of their suffering and poor living conditions, in light of the high rise in prices, interrupted by staged performances that reflect their families’ sufferings of poverty and hunger.
