According to the national news agency, three Syrian workers, who were working in a bakery EL-Buss – Tyre were find dead due to suffocation under unknow reasons.
Authorities began investigating the incident amid speculations that the reasons behind the workers’ death were the absence of the occupational health and safety rules in the oven.
