The second chamber of the administrative judiciary will review the first appeal sessions in the State Council building, on Sunday morning presented by a group of trade union leaders against the decision of the Minister of Manpower, who issued the law regulations of trade union organizations and the protection of the right of organization.
The Center for Trade Union & Workers Services reported that a number of trade unionists and labor leaders have filed a lawsuit against the minister's decision to issue the regulations of the statute, asking for the cancellation of the contested decision. The lawsuit was initiated by a team of lawyers and legal experts at Center for Trade Union & Workers Services and the committee for the defense of freedom of association and labor rights.
The first session of the administrative court of the second chamber is set on Sunday at 9:30 am.
