The working women at “Tafila Technical University Radio” have entered in a hunger strike, since 27 June, in the headquarters of the institution to ask for the settlement of their professional status and their installation, in accordance with the recommendations of the former Prime Minister “Hani Al-Mulqi”.
Some working women complain about the regression of their health conditions because of the strike, as one of them, who was pregnant was taken to hospital after that her condition has worsened significantly.
It should be noted that these workers worked in the radio three years before they obtained the approval of the former prime minister to install them, but the administrative party lags and procrastinates, which forced them to enter their protest movement.
