The Houthi militias have forcibly recruited state employees into their areas of control, particularly in the central province of “Dhamar”, which is the largest supplier of fighters after their main stronghold in “Saada”.
Media sources said that the Houthis had to recruit state employees and push them to death, after that hundreds of them were killed in the battle of the West Coast.
A document issued by the Houthi governor of “Al-Baydha”, “Ali Al-Mansouri” to the governorate's executive offices and directorates under their control through the forced recruitment of five employees revealed the big problem facing the militias in terms of labour force.
