Pope Francis, the Pope of the Vatican, has asked the FIFA President, Gianni Infantino, to investigate about the status of construction workers for the 2022 World Cup, which will be hosted by Qatar.
The request for inquiry came after that the pope received a report on the death of hundreds of foreign workers in work accidents.
In the same context, the English newspaper "Daily Mail" asked the president of the FIFA to open investigations in the file of Qatar 2022 after the discovery of new evidence of corruption.
