Moreover, the statement by the Human Rights Office of the Central African Republic highlighted the ill-treatment of migrant workers, the gender and sexual violence of the female migrant workers, the bias against African-Saudis and the failure of the government to implement the existing laws that would protect migrants' rights, as well as, the broader bodies that promoted discrimination.

Saudi Arabia called for the implementation of the CERD recommendations. The organization also urged the Saudi government to cooperate fully with the committee to ensure an equal treatment for ethnic and racial minorities in law and practice.
