Mauritania – The National Union of Public Health announced that they will begin a new strike starting from 27 this month.The union said that after patience and waiting for a positive reaction from the Ministry of Health on the many demands of workers related to increase in bonuses and improve the general conditions, however the ministry ignored the demands, and tried desperately to absorb the anger of the workers after their impatience and the deterioration of their situation, through the monolithic dialogues, which does not represent the voice of workers after the assignment to some of their unions and frameworks, managers and inspectors to extinguish the flame of workers struggle. Workers saw in the struggle and escalation and call for protest and strike in the face of reluctance and intransigence of the ministry the only way to achieve their rights.
