Egypt: Alexandria water workers threaten strike again

Egypt- There was a state of anger among the employees of the Alexandria Water Company, after the failure of the meeting held yesterday at the headquarters of the Holding Company for drinking water and sanitation, headed by Mamdouh Raslan and the presence of legal and administrative consultant and employee representatives from the two companies to discuss the demands of workers. Ruslan rejected workers demands that included the special allowance and to sign permanent contract s with day labourers who have been working in the company for more than 3 years without having any rights. Workers threatened to strike if their demands are not met.
