He added: My appeal came after I lost hope in receiving a response of many officials (Prime Minister and the Minister of Transport, the Minister of Manpower”, after I addressed them through my constitutional right through Parliament and direct contacts, as a deputy of Suez, and vowed to respect the Constitution and the law, which protects workers from arbitrary dismissal in Article (13) of the Constitution, and unfortunately I did not receive any replies, and time passes in preparation for dismissal and displacement. Kamal said that the workers filed lawsuits and complaints to protect themselves and they sent 3 emergency telegrams from Central Suez to all officials.
