Morocco – National recovery workers in the city of Al-Risani and the Rashidiya district, belonging to the Democratic Organization for National Recovery Workers, have refused to receive their monthly wages in solidarity with Aziza Darwish, who works in Bashawiya Moulay Ali Al-Sharif until she receives her full salary. A statement by the Democratic Organization for National Rehabilitation Workers said that Darwish was arbitrarily dismissed from her work without notice for four consecutive months while her salaries were handed over to another woman. Workers threatened to go on a strike in front of Bashawiya Moulay Ali al-Sharif until they hand Ms. Azizia al-Darwish her salary and be returned to her work with dignity.
